Getting Started with Registration

Creating an account at Energy is quick and straightforward. Sign up takes a few minutes - fill in your details, confirm your email or phone and you’ll have immediate access to your account area. You can browse games and promotions right away, but note verification documents may be requested and must be completed before your first withdrawal if required.

1. Open registration form: Visit Energy on desktop or mobile and tap Sign up to open the registration form. You can add the site to your home screen on mobile for faster access.
2. Enter personal details: Provide your full name, date of birth, address, email and mobile number - make sure the information matches your ID.
3. Create login credentials: Choose a secure password and set any optional PIN or security question for faster account recovery.
4. Confirm contact: Verify your email or phone by entering the code sent to you - this activates the account and secures your login.
5. Access your account area: Log in and open your dashboard to view balance, recent wins, favourites and account settings.
6. Visit cashier and promotions: Make your first deposit (minimum CA$10) using Interac, Visa Debit, e-wallets or crypto and opt in to any available welcome offer in the cashier.
7. Prepare verification documents: When prompted, upload government ID and a recent proof of address. Verification must be completed before your first withdrawal if requested.

Creating an Account on Mobile

You can register for an account at Energy using your mobile browser. The mobile sign-up works the same as desktop: visit the site, tap Register and complete the short form. Complete the process on the go, verify your email and set a secure password. SMS verification may be available where supported. Information Required for Registration
